Rates 2026

  • 90 €/night from November to March (*) (**)
  • 110 €/night in April and May (*)
  • 130 €/night in June (*)
  • 195 €/nigh in July
  • 225 €/nigh in August
  • 130 €/night in September (*)
  • 110 €/night in October (*)
  • (*) 5% discount for 7 or more nights (except July & August)
  • (**) 130 €/night in Easter and Christmas
  • Additional 75 € for cleaning service (mandatory)

Conditions

  • from November to March: 4 nights min. stay
  • April, May, October, Easter & Christmas: 5 nights min. stay
  • June & September: 6 nights min. stay
  • July & August: 14 nights min. stay + entry & exit day on Saturdays
  • Bed linen & towels included (no extra cost)
  • Payments:
    - To confirm the booking, an advance payment of 50% of the total reservation cost must be made
    - The remaining 50% payment will be done 30 days before the arrival date
  • Cancellation policy:
    - The 50% advance payment will be fully refunded in case of cancellation 2 months prior to the arrival date
    - No refund of the 50% advance payment if cancellation is done between 2 months and 30 days prior the arrival date
    - No refund of 100% of rental payment if cancellation is done within the 30 days before the arrival date.
  • Check-in later than 17pm - Check out before 11 am
